Treatment and touch-up for my hair were done by Ann and Ziv, and I had an excellent experience. Their service was outstanding—they were very patient and took the time to carefully explain which treatment would suit me best. Ann’s hospitality made the experience even better. When I was having my hair washed, she thoughtfully used a towel to cover me so I wouldn’t feel cold, and she also checked in to make sure I was comfortable with how she was washing my hair. I really appreciated these small but meaningful details, as it showed how caring and attentive she is. The final result turned out exactly how I envisioned—perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I had my hair done by Candy at Reds Hair Salon and I’m really happy with the result. I asked for an ash pink color and she did it beautifully. The tone came out exactly how I wanted — soft, cool, and very clean without looking too bright. Candy was very professional and patient throughout the whole process. She explained what she was doing and made sure the color would suit my hair condition. The bleaching and coloring were done carefully, and my hair still feels soft after the service. The salon environment was comfortable and the staff were friendly as well. This is actually my second time coming here and I’m very satisfied again. I returned for a scalp treatment with highlights again. This time I was served by stylist Kelly and assisted by Candy again. I opted for the revivre treatment this time and Kelly provided an in-depth explanation of my scalp condition and recommendations for holding off my highlights which require bleaching to care for my scalp. The treatment process was extremely enjoyable, served by candy. I appreciate the honest and professional opinions provided. My first visit to Reds Hairdressing @ KSL City Mall has been a breeze experience. I made an appointment for my daughter. Upon arrival I thought of joining her for a haircut. Thankfully they have a last minute slot for me. They asked me if I needed a muslimah corner for myself and they have a small corner for us muslimah that wear hijabs covered by the curtains. Bee was my hairstylist and she was awesome to check my scalp and suggests treatments. No hard selling from her which I truly appreciate. She would suggest hairstyles and the length suitable for your face shape. Yang was my daughter’s hairstylist. He gives advice on which treatment is better for my daughter as she was doing rebonding and this is her first rebonding. Overall I have a pleasant experience with this team. ~ Nur A

It was my first time visiting REDS Salon KSL for bleaching and a milk-tea color with hairstylist KELLY!!! I was truly impressed! I was initially worried that bleaching would damage my hair, but the team here is extremely professional and explained every step clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. I came to REDS for a hush hair cut, and I think Kelly did a great job of cutting my hair to my desired style but also explaining and recommending to me how to style the hair considering my hair type. She also kindly answered my enquiries on perming my hair in the future. It was a great and interesting experience at REDS today, and I was fascinated at how the employees managed to adapt to the sudden water shortage at KSL mall, washing our hair with bottled water so as to not interrupt the business. Kelly also apologised fervently for the water outage (JB water outage) but it was unexpected and I think the employees did really well. I had my first visit to REDS Hair Salon and was attended to by David. He was very friendly and gave great advice on my base color, especially since I didn't want anything too dark. I booked my appointment via WhatsApp, and while the price quote I received via whatsapp (with an image) was quite different from what I was charged in person—about double the price—I still decided to go ahead with it, as I had seen their impressive work in their videos. Despite the pricing surprise, David did an excellent job with my hair and took the time to give me tips on how to maintain the color and keep it lasting longer. Hey guys, I would like to give my honest review here. I make an appointment via WhatsApp and the staff who replied me were so friendly and sweet. When I went to the shop the hair consultant were explaining all my doubt and he was so good. If you guys have any doubt about your hair damage or what treatment are best for your hair, do ask them and they will explain everything. Coming to hair color I suggest him for burgundy color but not so bright but the consultant suggest me a diff hair color which I'm in love. If you want to know anything do ask them and they will help you. Thanks a lot for giving me pretty hair. Especially very big thanks to Mr.Long and Mr.Hao for making me pretty 😍. First visit to the salon. Chance upon Amy whom was assigned to have my hair done. Told her I am keen on hair cut and basic hair treatment. After assessment and discussion, as I was pretty reluctant to cut short my hair she had advised to keep my length and recommend to do Milbon treatment. She was really professional from the start till the end - letting me know the rough end result if I had decided to trim my hair. Ended up only cutting my fringe with satisfied result. She thought me how to use my home care mask well too. Qi was the one who did my hair treatment, checking in if blanket was needed and constantly checking if the water temperature was alright. Ziv is the kind of hair stylist I was looking for. Whichever salons I go, whenever they had to comb my hair, especially when it’s wet (it’s most fragile state), it hurts like mad and it stresses me out. I hate and seldom go to salons cos of that. Partly a “me” problem, and partly cos they force their way through the tangles.. I prefer to comb from bottom up to ensure lesser tangles and hair fall. The way Ziv comb, altho top to bottom, it didn’t hurt as much and he didn’t forcefully comb through the tangles. I also like how he didn’t pressure me to write this review, unlike a lot of salons in JB, which is a plus. Long at the reception is very friendly and honest with us regarding what we want, what they can do and the price. Which is what my friend and I were looking for.
